The Advantage of Nations Companies' Full Encompass Integration

Nations Title Agency provides a clear advantage to its clients by offering full integration with Ellie Mae's Encompass360 order integration system. This will easily integrate with most lenders' existing operating systems, allowing for a seamless ordering and tracking experience.

The Ellie Mae Network's patented technology has been connecting originators, lenders and service providers for nearly a decade with secure software. This saves all parties money, time and paper, as the various operating systems communicate in a seamless fashion.

Nations Title Agency has been using similar technologies such as Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) since the 1990's. They are bringing this experience to Encompass360 to strengthen their already impressive legacy, removing redundant websites and virtually eradicating the chance for typos to occur.

"Time savings," is what this does to make Nations Title Agency stand out from its competitors, says Kelly Kern, Senior President of Nations. "Integrating with a loan officer's existing operating system with only three clicks is far superior to having to reenter information into a service provider's website."

The integration does not stop with just Nations Title Agency. Currently the only Appraisal Management Company with the status feature available to lenders is Nations Valuation Services. With all other Appraisal Management Companies, lenders have to check the AMC's website or rely on live personnel to check the status on a file or on a list of files. Nations Valuation Services' integration with Encompass360 gives a clear advantage to their clients.
